July 2007 page rank transfered on the toolbar

Well i am not sure about the page rank update for other sites,but one thing is sure,the page rank have been already transfered in the toolbar. I accidentally was reviewing one of my new domains names,and i found that his page rank has changed from "unranked" to pr0. That means is done.
Now is the right time to start or to continue link building for the next rendez-vous.
